Operations Manager

Steinhafels is a family-run, employee-owned furniture company that is currently seeking an Operations Manager to lead their backroom and display team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing team operations, overseeing store maintenance, and ensuring effective visual displays throughout the store.

Responsibilities

All management duties related to backroom and display team including, but not limited to hiring, performance reviews and scheduling
Overseeing making tags and correcting tag errors
Overseeing all aspects of the clearance center and store maintenance
Attend all required managers meetings
Accurate completion of all necessary paperwork
Lead the team in moving and arranging furniture to create showroom displays
Coordinate and design furniture groupings for the store floor
Space planning and product organization on the store floor
Assist with special events as needed
Oversee all transfers and reporting
Verify all incoming and outgoing merchandise and assist shuttle driver in loading/unloading
Oversee customer merchandise pick-ups
