Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on building systems and equipment
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
Ability to examine, troubleshoot, and repair malfunctioning household appliances
Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs
Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including preventative maintenance logs
Ensure compliance with safety and building codes and company standards
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC experience with Type III EPA Universal Certification
General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform physical tasks
Must be available for after-hours, on-call maintenance emergencies two weeks each month
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
