Responsibilities
Execute process operations in the assigned fab area following approved work instructions
Monitor SPC charts and process indicators; respond to out‑of‑control conditions
Perform lot handling, inspections, and data collection to support quality and yield goals
Document process activity, issues, and corrective actions in tracking systems
Support process qualifications, experiments, and engineering evaluations
Partner with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot process‑related issues
Adhere to all safety, contamination control, and cleanroom requirements
Support assigned shift schedules and production priorities
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Process Technician in the semiconductor industry with strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures
Solid understanding of manufacturing or technical operations
Education or training in science, engineering, or technical disciplines
Ability to work 12‑hour shifts, including nights, in a cleanroom environment
Preferred
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high‑volume technical production
Familiarity with SPC, data collection, or process monitoring systems
AS degree or certification in related field
