The Pricing and Administrative Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting sales and procurement through data-driven pricing strategy, system administration, and cross-departmental coordination.

Responsibilities
Leverage pricing and menu analytics tools to assess competitive markets and recommend proactive internal pricing adjustments
Maintain accurate pricing, discounts, taxes, and product information across Dutchie POS and online menus
Prepare reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making around pricing, product performance, and inventory trends
Provide technical support for online menu software, ensuring accurate product display and customer-facing information
Support POS system functions, including inventory management, reporting, and administrative tasks
Conduct ongoing audits of product catalogs, batch lab data, and menu accuracy to ensure compliance and operational integrity
Actively engage with Finance, Procurement, and Marketing to set up promotions and discounts in the back office
Track and oversee credit issuance from vendors
Communicate with vendors for digital assets to be used for marketing and menu purposes
Use pricing and menu analytics tools to evaluate market competition and proactively make internal price adjustments
Assist Multi-State Buyer with filling out Purchase Order templates
Work with Marketing, Inventory, and Retail teams to ensure accurate menu presentation, timely promotions, and consistent product information
POS system administration of promotional calendars
Assist with ad-hoc data analysis per Finance requests
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in data analysis, retail operations, or systems administration; cannabis industry experience preferred
Strong proficiency with Dutchie POS, Dutchie Ecommerce, or similar cannabis retail systems
Strong Excel skills required
Experience with pricing analytics tools, dashboards, and competitive research platforms
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Ability to translate data insights into actionable operational recommendations and action
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Comfortable working in a regulated environment with strict compliance standards
Preferred
Familiarity with cannabis inventory systems and tracking requirements (BioTrack, METRC, etc.)
Understanding of cannabis retail compliance, taxation, and product categorization
Prior experience with ticketing systems, CRM integrations, or retail technology suites
Advanced skills in Business Intelligence (BI) tools (Looker, Tableau, Headset, Hoodie, etc.)
