Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars, schedules, and travel for C-suite executives
Serve as a key liaison and trusted gatekeeper for internal and external stakeholders
Draft, edit, and prepare executive-level communications and presentations
Anticipate executive needs and proactively remove obstacles to productivity
Support key initiatives and cross-functional projects, ensuring follow-through and accountability
Handle highly confidential matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment

Required

8+ years of executive-level administrative experience, including 5+ years supporting C-suite leaders

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Concur, Workday, and Adobe is a plus
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
Demonstrated discretion, sound judgment, and commitment to confidentiality
Comfort adapting to evolving priorities while building strong internal and external relationships
