Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact for HVACR customers
Provide product knowledge, technical guidance, and proactive solutions
Manage inbound sales calls and support outside sales with customer needs
Identify opportunities to cross-sell HVACR product lines and increase account growth
Understand and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, order processing, and delivery
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and sales activities
Qualification
Required
Advanced knowledge of HVACR systems, hydronics, and related applications
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
Positive attitude and a self-motivated approach
Strong mathematical aptitude and time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum of three years of HVACR or hydronic heating experience
Wholesale distribution experience required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Product/application experience within HVACR preferred
