Responsibilities

Structure and package your work into compelling presentations and communications that influence various audiences including senior executives

Act as a trusted advisor to the business, supporting senior leaders on key strategic initiatives and building operational accuracy - helping chart out and fulfill big bets for the business in line with leadership’s strategic vision

Problem solve with senior leaders to deliver strategic insights and recommendations based on business analyses to drive projects and initiatives forward

Project manage major strategic initiatives across multiple gTech teams and proactively engage Google-wide stakeholders when needed (e.g., projects that cross Product, Sales, Marketing, and Policy)

Launch and land organizational change management plans for mid- to long-term transformational initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role

Preferred

MBA or Master's degree in a related field (Business, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Technical)

Experience with improving and scaling customer support through technology and operational initiatives

Experience with managing technology and analytics programs, particularly related to applications of AI

Experience implementing strategic and large-scale initiatives in a demanding, change-oriented, fast-paced environment that needs a high degree of deadline-driven productivity

Superb problem-solving skills with experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives

High proficiency with structuring and conducting strategic analysis and messaging using spreadsheets and presentations
