Responsibilities

Build and Validate project Data: Use uCreate Print, uDirect, and uProduce to develop and execute variable data print (VDP) and digital campaigns based on client specifications
Template Development with Adobe InDesign & uCreate: Design and modify InDesign templates with dynamic content using uCreate Print, ensuring accurate personalization across various output formats
Cross-Media Setup & Execution: Configure multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns(print) using uProduce and uPlan, ensuring all elements are dynamically linked and data driven
Testing, QA, and Troubleshooting: Test output files (PDFs, landing pages), identify personalization issues, debug logic or data mismatches, and provide solutions for campaign accuracy and scalability
Team Collaboration & Documentation: Work with designers, data analysts, and project managers to ensure project goals are met on time, and maintain clear documentation of templates, logic, and campaign workflows

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience in an Adobe production environment, with at least 3 years in a technical lead or project management role
A bachelor's degree in a design-related discipline (e.g., Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Information Design, Interaction Design)
Production proficiency in XMPie or variable data, and Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Experience with production automation tools
Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
A passion for AI, automation, a knack for problem-solving, and a desire to make a real impact
Strong strategic and technical skills. Ability to assess complex problems and formulate and implement solutions
Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills
