Responsibilities
Support web development, e-commerce, and digital marketing projects from kickoff through launch
Build and maintain project plans, schedules, task lists, calendars, and delivery trackers
Coordinate timelines and deliverables across Web, Marketing, Creative, Retail, and Operations teams
Follow up on action items, deadlines, and dependencies to keep work moving
Manage timelines for campaigns, promotions, site updates, and internal initiatives
Proactively identify risks, blockers, and potential delays; escalate with recommendations
Lead weekly status meetings and provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders
Support development and maintenance of SOWs, timelines, and deliverables
Track scope changes and ensure alignment with approved timelines and priorities
Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and status reporting
Upload and manage campaign details, assets, and schedules across platforms
Oversee internal reviews, revisions, approvals, and final delivery
Conduct detailed QA on web content, assets, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
Review website content and platform data for accuracy, completeness, and launch readiness
Support asset delivery, vendor coordination, and production schedules as needed
Document workflows, timelines, and best practices
Identify opportunities to improve tools, templates, and project workflows
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of project management or project coordination experience in a digital, marketing, web, or e-commerce environment
Experience supporting web development and/or e-commerce projects
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple timelines, priorities, and stakeholders
Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday or similar)
