Responsibilities
Own and execute the M3 product setup framework for various product categories including:
Sourced and manufactured footwear
Accessories (RW, HG, PPE)
Raw materials (leather, chemicals, tool crib items)
Advertising and retail items
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product data setup processes, including:
Identifying inefficiencies and proposing automation or simplification opportunities
Standardizing documentation and operational workflows
Leveraging stakeholder feedback and analytics to refine workflows and reduce errors
Develop, implement, and maintain standards for product data, including updating UPC codes and purchase agreements
Interpret and implement complex requirements across Engineering, Finance and Supply chain for Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), ensuring accurate pricing and product data
Manage warehouse setup and item type creation for lifecycle tracking, reporting, standards, and operational readiness
Diagnose root causes and determine corrective actions for setup issues, and escalating to BT, Finance, or Supply Chain when necessary
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and process alignment, leading cross-functional initiatives to redesign and optimize product setup processes where needed
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in product setup, ERP data management, supply chain operations, or related
Experience working with M3 or similar ERP systems
Exposure to manufacturing and retail environments
Demonstrated success in process improvement or automation initiatives
Experience with cross-functional collaboration across business units
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Background in marketing, product launch, or go-to-market coordination is a plus
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for data accuracy
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and prioritize effectively
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
