Responsibilities
Collaborate with People Analytics leadership and cross-functional partners to define project scopes and objectives, ensuring clarity and direction
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, trackers, templates, and status reports to monitor progress, risks, and dependencies for successful project execution
Facilitate meetings with clear agendas, actionable items, and follow-ups, ensuring timely completion through proactive engagement with team members
Identify and communicate risks or delays requiring leadership input, offering recommendations to expedite progress when applicable
Document processes as needed, comparing current states to future ideal states
Assist the program management team in creating organization-wide status reports for executive and functional leadership reviews and alignment
Utilize effective communication and influencing skills to support project advancement
Qualification
Required
3 years of project and/or program management experience - 25%
Excellent communication and self-starter skills - 25%
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - 25%
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills - 25%
Preferred
Experience with core tools such as Quip, Box, Wrike, Miro, Keynote, etc
Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams
Strong collaborative mindset
Ability to simplify and resolve complex problems through evaluation and coordination of cross-functional teams
