They are seeking a Voice Engineer responsible for installing and maintaining telecommunications infrastructure, including low voltage cable plant and basic programming of telecommunications software.

Responsibilities

Installing and maintaining the telecommunications infrastructure for the Piedmont facility
Installing, maintaining and repairing telecommunications low voltage cable plant
Accountable for record keeping of in-place cable/plant
Assists in the basic programming responsibilities of the PBX and ancillary support equipment
Complete basic move, adds and changes as assigned in the Incident Management system
Includes the basic administration of the telecommunications software, including Cisco Call Manager, call accounting systems, voice mail and web conferencing systems

Required

H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
1 year of hands-on experience with the installation, implementation and maintenance of telecommunications equipment, low voltage cable plant, and voice/data equipment, including current versions of Cisco Call Manager

Preferred

Previous experience in a hospital setting
Cisco Voice Certification
Cisco Network Certification
