Responsibilities
Provide support in conducting due diligence and entering data for real estate offerings
Assume responsibility for quality control concerning all associated models and dashboards
Facilitate smooth and consistent review processes by communicating with third-party companies
Collaborate with the sales team to enhance modeling techniques and presentations
Gather and analyze market and industry data to prepare comprehensive market analyses
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of capital investment financial modeling and aid in underwriting revenue-generating projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in real estate, mathematics, finance, economics, or related field
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Use of computer, keyboard and other office equipment
Preferred
Strong interest in a career in commercial real estate
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel & Microsoft office suite
Related internship experience is a plus
