Responsibilities
Conducting field inventory counts at designated hospitals following established policies and procedures
Recording and updating inventory data using mobile devices and online systems
Organizing products, monitoring expiration dates, and maintaining correct par levels by SKU within each hospital
Preparing and submitting accurate daily, weekly, and quarterly inventory reports and reconciliations
Supporting Territory Managers (TM) with product complaints
Securing, packaging, and shipping returned goods from hospitals to Boston Scientific
Communicating all transactions clearly with the Area Territory Manager (ATM), Territory Manager (TM), and Regional Director (RD)
Completing a minimum of three hospital visits per day, four days per week (within driving distance), and dedicating one day per week to home-office reconciliation tasks
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and mobile data entry tools
Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and manage time effectively
Comfortable working in hospital environments and adhering to safety protocols
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Local travel required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or Sciences (or equivalent experience)
