Responsibilities
Driving project delivery across all phases, including planning, documentation, construction administration, and closeout
Managing design and construction of large-scale architectural and interiors projects within the fields of higher education, multi-residential, and commercial workplace architecture, with programming and space planning responsibilities
Full consultant team coordination, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and specialty disciplines; leading relationships with clients, general contractors, agencies, engineering and specialty consultants
Code evaluation and integration of accessibility, zoning, and local and state regulatory requirements
Sustainable design, including LEED-certified or equivalent environmental performance goals
Bridging shell and core design with branded interiors and workplace strategy and FF&E planning and implementation
Facilitating multiple aspects of client, team, and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with general contractor, structural, mechanical, electrical, lighting, façade, audio/visual, acoustics, interiors, wind, landscape, civil consultants, and working directly with other consultants and/or contractors; AND
Developing fee proposals and associated fee structures aligned with the approved scope and schedule and preparing comprehensive project schedules
Qualification
Required
Must have a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
Ten (10) years of design experience (non-intern, non-fellowship) with all of the following:
