Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end strategic projects: Define the problem, build the work plan, gather and synthesize data, run analyses, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders
Drive operational excellence: set clear expectations, align stakeholders, and ensure consistent follow‐through. Identify and scale shared initiatives, processes, and systems across the team
Influence cross‐functional partners (e.g., Partnerships, Programming & Originals, Finance, Analytics, Program Management) to execute priorities and deliver results
Support strategy and planning efforts; shape and operationalize the Strategy & Operations roadmap and support broader strategic and annual planning efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, statistics, or a related field or equivalent experience
7+ years in strategy and operations within fast‐paced, analytical environments (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, tech/media)
Hands‐on experience with operating cadences, including OKR reviews, analysis, and senior stakeholder management
Strong analytical rigor and structured problem-solving; able to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
Proven track record independently driving projects end-to-end
Excellent communication and relationship skills; adept at influencing and presenting to stakeholders, including senior audiences and cross-functional partners
Comfort managing multiple priorities and delivering with minimal oversight
Familiarity with SQL required
