Responsibilities
Develop and manage program plans, including project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution of all initiatives
Identify and assess program risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues that may impact project outcomes
Collaborate with the team to monitor progress, ensure adherence to quality standards, and achieve program objectives
Communicate program status, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders and senior management through regular reporting and meetings
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and collaboration to align project goals with organizational strategy
Implement best practices and methodologies for program management to improve efficiency and effectiveness across projects
Lead, mentor, and coach team members to build skills and enhance overall team performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field with 8 years of experience in program or project management within a technology-focused environment OR Master's degree with 6 years of relevant work experience
Proven ability to lead teams successfully and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
Ability to obtain a Public Trust
US Citizenship to successfully complete a government issued background investigation
Preferred
Familiarity with U.S. Customs and Border Protection operations is a plus
