Responsibilities

Operate mixers based on Advise System
Operate the mixer in manual
Perform changeovers with minimal downtime
Demonstrate how to reset system
Weigh manual charges
Demonstrate knowledge of mixing compound
Verify knowledge of chemicals
Cuts rubber according to recipe specifications
Loading weighed totes of raw materials onto Conveyor in Proper Sequence
Loads specialty compound bins with proper raw materials
Request, retrieve and receive appropriate raw materials
Demonstrate proper clean out procedures
Sustain 5S activities and audits
Demonstrate safe and proper use of fork lift and hand truck
Abide by relevant safety rules
Verify proper use of elevator

Required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment required
Must be able to read, write and do basic math
Must understand work instructions, customer specifications, and MSDS information using the English language
Ability to excel in a cross-cultural, global team environment
Possesses professional written and verbal communication skills
Can work independently and multi-task in faced paced environment
Basic computer skills required to enter data

Preferred

high school diploma or equivalent
