Responsibilities
Coordinate production schedules, timelines, and deliverables
Serve as a central point of communication between production teams and vendors
Track production expenses
Prepare and maintain production reports, call sheets, and documentation
Assist with logistics, including staffing, equipment, and materials
Monitor production progress and flag potential issues proactively
Support with administrative and operational tasks
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and production software
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to lift and move equipment (50lbs)
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, documents)
Collaborative, deadline-driven work environment
May require extended hours, evenings, or weekends during peak production periods
Unrestricted USA work authorization
Preferred
2+ years of experience in a production or coordination role preferred
