Responsibilities
Provide customer service to tenants, employees, and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior common areas, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and loading or receiving zones to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance and security-related concerns
Monitor access points and property activity, verify credentials when required, and assist with visitor and vendor direction, deliveries, and after-hours entry requests per site procedures
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with property management and/or emergency services when needed
Document security-related incidents, patrol observations, and notable events in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate updates during shift turnover
Qualification
Required
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
