Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the SolarWinds Orion platform, including NPM, NCM, SAM, VNQM, and other modules
Manage custom pollers, SNMP configurations, and agentless/agent-based monitoring across multi-vendor environments
Configure and maintain alert logic, escalation policies, and notification integrations (e.g., with ServiceNow, email, Teams)
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Orion SDK, SWQL Studio, and SolarWinds API integrations
Expertise in SNMP, WMI, ICMP, and agent-based data collection mechanisms
Experience in large-scale monitoring environments (>1000 nodes)
