Responsibilities
Monthly inspection report review to evaluate overall property condition and progress toward disposition
Property condition analysis, utilizing in house software, to determine which damages need to be resolved and if new or worsening conditions exist
Invoicing work orders submitted by vendors to ensure work completed was approved and remediated within insurer guidelines
Vendor communication and relationship building with external network
Deadline and timeline management; to include notification of timeline changes to internal and external stakeholders
Property Risk Assessment to determine if overall risk of loss on the property has exceeded acceptable tolerance
This position is fully onsite functioning in an administrative/clerical capacity processing loan level property preservation files

Candidates must possess up to one year of relevant office related work experience to be considered
