Responsibilities
Provide complex practice coordination and leadership committee support
Provide backup support to the executive assistant and administrative assistant teams across the firm
Engage on a strategic level to drive business practices forward
Act as the right-hand person to their executive
Fully utilize proactive and critical thinking abilities
Handle heavy client communications, business development activities, and event coordination and support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Stellar verbal and written communication skills
A minimum of 8-10 years of executive assistant experience at the C-suite level in a law firm or large professional services company
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
Tech-savvy
Quick learner with new software and technology tools and platforms
Preferred
Experience supporting senior partners and/or executives at the C-level or similar
Demonstrated success engaging on a strategic level to drive business practices forward
Ability to take charge of responsibilities on a deeper level
Experience in client-facing roles with heavy client communications
Experience in business development activities and event coordination and support
Preference for working at the office on a full-time basis
Willingness to provide support afterhours and on weekends as needed
