Responsibilities
Design, implement and own the operating model and internal control framework
Establish and maintain enterprise risk management
Oversee regulatory implementation and supervisory engagement
Act as a statutory director with collective responsibility
Lead operational resilience, outsourcing and third-party risk
Embed a strong culture of accountability and control
Qualification
Required
10+ years' experience in regulated financial services, fintech or crypto
Senior leadership experience across operations, risk or compliance
Proven internal control and regulatory engagement experience
Experience with CASP, MiCA or comparable authorisation processes
Subject to CySEC fitness and propriety assessment
Full background checks will be part of the recruitment process
Must meet CySEC suitability screening requirements
Must be based in and resident in Cyprus
