Responsibilities
Assemble, repair, inspect, and test medical devices following approved documentation and procedures
Ensure all job documentation for cell operations is accurate and up to date
Maintain accurate traveler and quality records to ensure full part traceability
Clearly communicate issues, ideas, and solutions to all levels of manufacturing management
Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate protective devices
Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives to enhance processes and meet performance goals
Support Manufacturing Supervisors/Managers in achieving individual and cell-level goals and metrics
Contribute to divisional initiatives in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Any operator roles, regardless of whether they are 1st shift or 2nd shift, will have to train on an 8 AM - 4:30 PM schedule for the 1st week when they start
Assembly/Manufacturing: 1 year
