Responsible for the overall management, administration, operations and financial performance of assigned multi-family portfolio
Act as the company representative in all matters related to investor, owner, or owner representative reporting, meetings, discussions and relations
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience with high rise, lease-ups, and the Los Angeles market
5+ years managerial experience
Proven leadership skills
Experience managing client relationships
Strong financial background
Must be able to travel 80% of the time
Preferred
Experience with business development and pre-development a plus
