Quality Technician

Food Production

Responsibilities

Support Operations - Provide support to Operations relating to quality and food safety on 12hr. rotating shifts (5pm – 5am)
Monitor Materials - Monitor all receiving, raw material, in process, and finished product controls and tests
Food Safety - Assisting to resolve and manage Food Safety incidents relating to chemical, physical, and biological hazards
Compliance and Auditing - Ensure GMP Compliance with all employees, contractors, and visitors is adhered to through auditing, data collection, and/or past evidence documentation
Maintain Data - Maintaining various Food Safety data, manuals, documents, and files

Qualification

Quality control experienceFood safety managementMicrosoft Office proficiencyMicrosoft Excel proficiencyEffective communicationInterpersonal skills

Required

Minimum of three years quality control experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong & Effective communication (both written and verbal) as well as interpersonal skills
High School Diploma/GED
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel
