Senior Manager, Global Campaigns

As Senior Manager of Global Campaigns, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated global demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline, revenue, and brand impact.

Responsibilities
You’ll own the global demand generation campaign roadmap aligned to Conga’s growth objectives, product priorities (e.g., CLM, CPQ), and regional needs
You’ll lead the full lifecycle of global campaigns—from planning and messaging alignment to execution, optimization, and reporting—in close collaboration with key stakeholders
You’ll manage and develop a team of global campaign managers, providing coaching, prioritization, and performance feedback
You’ll establish best practices, playbooks, and scalable campaign frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency across regions, while fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement
You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing and Corporate Marketing to translate value propositions and product launches into compelling campaign narratives
You’ll collaborate with regional Field Marketing leaders to adapt global campaigns for local execution, and work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and other GTM stakeholders to align campaign strategy with pipeline goals, territory priorities, and sales motions—ensuring clear handoffs and measurable revenue impact
You’ll define success metrics and KPIs for global campaigns aligned to marketing and organizational targets
You’ll analyze performance data to identify insights, optimize campaigns in-flight, and inform future strategy
You’ll communicate results, learnings, and recommendations to marketing and revenue leadership
You’ll oversee campaign planning processes, timelines, and resource allocation across regions
You’ll ensure strong alignment between marketing and sales through clear campaign goals, targeting, and handoff processes, while continuously identifying and testing new initiatives and tactics to keep Conga’s global campaigns relevant and modern
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing with an end-to-end focus on global campaign management
Proven track record leading global campaign strategy and execution
Strong understanding of demand generation and pipeline acceleration
Preferred
Experience in SaaS or technology-driven organizations preferred
Awareness of artificial intelligence concepts, tools, or applications is considered a strong asset
