Responsibilities
Assist in analyzing audit-related data to identify trends and discrepancies
Participate in walkthroughs and document processes for audit validation
Research and summarize relevant regulatory requirements to support compliance
Record completed work accurately within the audit tool (e.g., TeamMate)
Perform quality assurance checks on TeamMate files to ensure completeness and accuracy
Support audit documentation efforts and contribute to data-driven insights
Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values
At all times complying with Marex’s Code of Conduct
To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility
To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/or your supervisor as required
To escalate risk events immediately
To provide input to risk management processes, as required
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in risk management is preferred but accounting, business administration, business analytics, finance, and information systems / technology data science are accepted
Genuine interest in one or more of the program's departmental tracks
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship, including, but not limited to, F-1, J-1, and M-1 visa holders, as well as individuals on CPT or OPT
