Responsibilities

Reviewing documentation to ensure quality products are delivered to customers
Analyzing quality data to identify root causes and corrective actions
Participating in Material Review Boards and Failure Review Boards
Ensuring that Quality best practices and lessons learned are utilized in the selection of new suppliers, the redesign of components, selection of inspection processes and resolution of defect drivers
Leading a team who interface with customers and program personnel
Utilizing lean initiatives to reduce waste and maintain continuous improvement

Qualification

Quality EngineeringSix Sigma CertificationLeadership ExperienceGD&T TrainingSupplier Management

Required

Must be a U.S. citizen
Ability to obtain a secret clearance
Experience analyzing and resolving process issues
Experience developing talent and continuous improvement processes
Experience reviewing documentation to ensure quality products are delivered
Experience analyzing quality data to identify root causes and corrective actions
Experience participating in Material Review Boards and Failure Review Boards
Experience ensuring that Quality best practices and lessons learned are utilized in supplier selection, component redesign, inspection processes, and defect resolution
Experience leading a team interfacing with customers and program personnel
Experience utilizing lean initiatives to reduce waste and maintain continuous improvement
Excellent analytical and communication skills

Preferred

STEM degree at bachelor's level or higher
Previous leadership experience or team lead experience
GD&T trained
Experience establishing new suppliers
Six Sigma Certification
