Responsibilities

Manage large-scale end-to-end (E2E) testing projects/programs

Develop and update comprehensive test strategies and test plans; effectively present these strategies to VPs and Directors. Collaborate with impacted platforms, Engineering/Product leaders, and oversee multiple milestones and deliverables

Create and maintain holistic project testing schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams to monitor progress and communicate testing status

Design program test summaries and dashboards suitable for executive presentations

Identify appropriate tools and frameworks to support all testing efforts, and develop thorough test plans and strategies

Triage defects in close collaboration with development and production teams, prioritizing issues for resolution before release

Maintain a deep understanding of both production and QA testing processes, acting as the main point of contact between teams

Manage and update testing inputs for E2E project roadmaps, RAID logs, and lead Program Test Sync calls

Scale QA teams effectively within fast-paced, growth-stage, or large enterprise environments

Possess familiarity or experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Rally/Jira reporting

Prepare biweekly/monthly executive leadership updates, including BUR, and present to senior leadership, including VPs

Finance Regulatory Compliance domain knowledge is advantageous
