Responsibilities
Answers phone calls from members providing accurate information as requested
Offers solutions and members' financial needs
Uses name during transactions and member interactions
Meets the metrics of the position
Participates in the Step Up Program
Responsible for posting transactions into members accounts accurately and in a timely manner
Handles duties regarding Bill Payer, Online Banking and Visa Cards
Sorting Credit Union mail
Other duties as assigned
Understands the Bank Secrecy Act and how it is applied
Qualification
Required
One month to twelve months of similar or related experience
Must have High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D
Must have excellent communication skills
Proficient with standard office business machinery and software
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
Demonstrated ability to plan and organize your own work activities; analyze and disseminate numerical data; manage work time efficiently; follow procedures and policies; perform basic mathematical calculations; identify and solve problems
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, courtesy, tact, and diplomacy
Must be able to manage the pressures associated with customer service issues
Able to prioritize numerous tasks with great attention to detail and demonstrate sound and prudent decision making, ethics, and professionalism
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
