Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Market Making systems and applications
Act as primary contact for IT Service Desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end users
Assist with system monitoring and performance checks for trading platforms
Document and update technical procedures and knowledge base articles
Collaborate with IT teams to implement system updates and patches
Support incident management and escalation processes for critical issues

At all times complying with Marex’s Code of Conduct
To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility
To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/or your supervisor as required

Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or software engineering is preferred but information systems / technology and data science, are accepted
Experience working with AWS, SQL/NoSQL databases, and scripting in PowerShell or Python
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship, including, but not limited to, F-1, J-1, and M-1 visa holders, as well as individuals on CPT or OPT
