Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco collaboration solutions in enterprise environments

In-depth knowledge of Cisco collaboration products and technologies including CUCM, Unity Connection, Webex Teams, Webex Meetings, Expressway, etc

Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, SIP, H.323, VLANs, QoS, etc.)

Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls

The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment

A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required

Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Must demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude
