Vice President of Professional Services
GovPath is a company focused on providing innovative solutions for government clients, and they are seeking a Vice President of Professional Services to lead their Center of Excellence strategy. The VP will be responsible for maximizing P&L, revenue, and client retention while overseeing the entire post-sale lifecycle and ensuring operational integrity.

Responsibilities
Define and execute the multi‑year COE strategy including staffing models, tooling, standardized offerings, and location strategy (onshore/nearshore/offshore)
Build and lead a high-performing COE (directors, managers, consultants), fostering a culture of accountability and customer-centricity
Own and drive revenue and ensure gross profit
Develop programs to reduce churn and drive upsell/cross-sell in partnership with Sales
Establish client health monitoring processes, monitor KPIs (CSAT, NPS, adoption), and proactively mitigate risk
Oversee onboarding playbooks and lifecycle processes to accelerate time-to-value and deepen adoption
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support to deliver a unified customer experience
Implement COE process (KPIs, goals, analytics) and drive process improvements for scalability. Lead capacity planning and forecasting that drives to company utilization goals
Qualification
Required
10+ years in Customer Success or related leadership roles; SaaS and GovTech experience strongly preferred
Proven track record of driving $10 to $25 million in revenue, 45% or more gross profit, profit and loss, process adoption, and expansion at scale
Executive presence with ability to influence C-level stakeholders and public sector leaders
Strong analytical skills; experience with operational and forecasting systems that data-drive decision-making
Ability to build and scale teams in a high-growth environment
