Responsibilities
Support trading desk operations and market data analysis
Assist with clearing, hedging, and investment solution processes
Help coordinate agency execution and transaction workflows
Contribute to reporting and documentation for commodity markets
Learn core services: market making, clearing, and risk management
Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values
At all times complying with Marex’s Code of Conduct
To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility
To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/or your supervisor as required
To escalate risk events immediately
To provide input to risk management processes, as required

Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree
Genuine interest in one or more of the program's departmental tracks
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship, including, but not limited to, F-1, J-1, and M-1 visa holders, as well as individuals on CPT or OPT
