Corpay is currently looking to hire a Hotel Sourcing Specialist within their Corpay Lodging division. In this role, you will be responsible for contracting new hotels and meeting goals regarding the number of new hotels signed and savings percentages achieved per month.

Responsibilities

Outbound sales calling (cold calling, scheduled calling, warm leads, email solicitation) to Hotel management across North America and Canada
Researching hotel websites pricing, market data and validating hotel eligibility requirements
Negotiating discounted rates for clients directly with Hotel owners and Managers
Explaining Contract Terms and Conditions details
Selling Corpay Lodging Hotel Services including optional programs and payment information
Additional projects and duties as assigned by Manager or VP leadership

Qualification

Required

Strong experience in sales and customer service
Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to multi-task
Self-starter, self-motivated, ready to meet quotas and deadlines weekly
Superior verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work well within a team and support team-based goals
Must be Coachable. Able to identify problems and adapt to new processes

Preferred

Some Hotel or Hospitality Industry experience preferred
