Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow modernization projects, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget
Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reports
Manage project resources, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives
Partner closely with technical teams, ServiceNow consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues clearly to leadership and stakeholders
Ensure ServiceNow implementations adhere to established best practices, governance standards, and organizational policies
Drive change management and support successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years as a Project Manager
Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, implementation, and evaluation
Strong understanding of technical concepts and enterprise technology environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, CRM, and PSDS
Experience working with external vendors and system integrators
