Responsibilities
Maintain working knowledge of all MEP trades and project scope
Coordinate multidiscipline design efforts
Prepare schematic design sets for small projects in AutoCAD
Occasionally attend site visits and inspections
Document field conditions with notes and photos
Lead coordination calls with clients, contractors and consultants
Ensure uninterrupted information flow across project team
Track DOB, FDNY, DEP, Client, and other agency processes, ensuring filings are complete and on time
Maintain project scope of work, initiating change orders
Oversee RFI’s, submittals, and field conditions
Qualification
Required
5++ years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Proven experience managing MEP and building system projects
Strong understanding of construction and engineering workflows
Experience with NYC agencies
AutoCAD experience
Strong problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, etc
Preferred
BSME preferred
