Responsibilities
Allocate collections and assist with brokerage-related financial tasks
Set up invoicing processes for U.S. brokerage operations
Support electronic brokerage settlement activities
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure smooth processing
Assist in identifying and resolving transaction discrepancies
Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values
At all times complying with Marex’s Code of Conduct
To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility
To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/or your supervisor as required
To escalate risk events immediately
To provide input to risk management processes, as required
The Company may require you to carry out other duties from time to time
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting is preferred but business administration, computer science, finance, information systems / technology data science, and software engineering are accepted
Genuine interest in one or more of the program's departmental tracks
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship, including, but not limited to, F-1, J-1, and M-1 visa holders, as well as individuals on CPT or OPT
