Responsibilities
Partner with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document end-to-end processes and workflows
Develop and maintain process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and governance documentation
Ensure process documentation remains current as systems, policies, and operations evolve
Track action items, follow-ups, and process improvement commitments across stakeholders
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated procedures and recommend corrective actions
Establish and reinforce process governance standards and documentation best practices
Support transformation leadership with process readiness, operational alignment, and audit support efforts
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience in business process analysis, documentation, or operational governance
Strong organizational, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to communicate effectively across business and technical audiences
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Preferred
Experience supporting enterprise transformation or modernization initiatives
Familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools
Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
Knowledge of quality assurance or continuous improvement methodologies
