Strong expertise in SAFe and Scrum, including PI Planning, ART execution, and team-level ceremonies
Proven servant leadership and coaching skills to guide multiple Agile teams and individual Scrum teams
End-to-end program and release management, including dependency, risk, and milestone tracking
Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum Master responsibilities (sprint planning, retrospectives, impediment removal)
Solid understanding of enterprise data platforms (data lakes, warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines)
Knowledge of data governance, data quality, security, and regulatory compliance in enterprise environments
