Account Executive
Build Magazine is a high-end publication that connects affluent consumers with talented custom home builders, architects, and designers. They are seeking an experienced Account Executive with strong connections in the luxury custom home building industry to prospect, pitch, and close new business while managing client relationships.
Responsibilities
Prospect, pitch, and close new business with builders, architects, interior designers, and luxury service providers
Build and manage a pipeline of clients across multiple markets
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Track key sales metrics and meet (or exceed!) monthly targets
Stay on top of industry trends and competitors
This is a high-impact role for those who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Qualification
Required
Proven sales experience (2–3 years), preferably in custom homes or luxury real estate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Tenacious, self-starter mentality with attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Tech-savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
