Responsibilities

Provide test and evaluation technical support, systems analyst /subject matter technical support, and systems software test and evaluation support
Assist in the designing, planning, execution, analysis and reporting phases of test and evaluation programs to assess the performance of aeronautical systems, subsystems and equipment through the various acquisition phases and milestones
Assist in the preparation, maintenance, update and review of the full range of test and test-related documentation for adequacy, specification/performance requirement compliance, and conformity with mandatory guidance and provide recommendations as necessary for improvement

Required

Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Secret
Successful completion of a Bachelor's Degree in engineering from a college or university with an Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited engineering program(s) for the degree requirements of the position (e.g., electrical, mechanical, aerospace). Degrees in engineering technology are not considered to be qualifying for these positions
Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD
OR, Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD
OR, 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight of which must be in the DoD
Certifications: ABET certified

Preferred

High proficiency in MS excel (e.g., data aggregation, advanced formulas, pivot tables, tables and graph production) and in MS PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and under high pressure
Effective Communication: Strong ability to communicate complex acquisition and program management concepts clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, to diverse audiences including senior leadership
Strategic Problem Solving: Demonstrated aptitude for identifying programmatic challenges and proactively recommending viable solutions and alternative courses of action
Collaboration & Team Support: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including government stakeholders and external agencies, to achieve program objectives and resolve issues
Organizational & Planning Skills: Skilled in managing multiple priorities, coordinating program activities, and supporting structured planning efforts to ensure alignment with cost, schedule, and performance goals
