Responsibilities

Enters all information from loan package into the loan application system, verifies package meets approval guidelines and if not contacts loan officers to re-evaluate
Responsible for placing applications in the correct queues in the loan application system and communicating the status of the applications to the dealerships
Responsible for searching new members on OFAC Sanctions List and submitting packages to Risk Management as needed
Verifies all information in the core system is accurate once funding is complete and ensures cashbox is balanced each day
Records daily productivity on department’s daily stats spreadsheet
Follows up on any unresolved issues from the previous workday
Responsible to assist with Administrator duties as needed, including but not limited to: Scanning loan documents and submit to partners; Reviewing new membership documentation for accuracy; creating and sending correspondence to dealerships or members; opening, routing and prioritizing mail
Funds packages by entering all contract information into the loan application system, entering required deductions, verifying the settlement to the dealer, generating permanent account numbers, arranging vehicle insurance renewals by copying insurance binders and scanning to loan servicing to be sent to an outside vendor, resolving problems when necessary; monetary or otherwise, and presenting loan for checking and final authorization

Required

High School degree or GED required
Minimum two years of funding or related experience required
Proficiency in Acrobat Adobe & Microsoft Office
Strong writing and communication skills
