Support Technician
ENCO Systems is a global leader in broadcast automation and AI-driven solutions. They are seeking a passionate Support Technician to provide technical support to broadcast and media customers, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with various teams to enhance product offerings.

Responsibilities
Provide outstanding technical support to our broadcast and media customers via phone, email, and remote tools
Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving AI-powered speech-to-text (automated captioning), generative voice tools, translation services, and radio/television automation products
Test and validate new releases from cloud workflows to AI enhancements and hybrid solutions
Work closely with Sales, Development & Production to integrate partner software and APIs
Travel to client sites for on-site installation, configuration, and training across the U.S. and internationally
Maintain detailed support documentation, logs, and client incident histories
Serve as a technical ambassador between clients, partners, and internal teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Broadcasting, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years tech support, broadcasting, or IT experience
Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
Comfortable with networked systems, cloud deployments, hybrid workflows, and automated media processing
Highly motivated, organized, and a problem-solver
Excellent communicator — both on the phone and in person
Eager to travel (up to 50%) and engage with clients globally
Passionate about AI, automation, accessibility tech, and cutting-edge media systems
Preferred
Experience with broadcast automation, captioning/transcription systems, API-based tools, or media workflows is a huge plus
Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a huge plus
