Responsibilities
Manages deliverables for projects and strategic initiatives
Serves as the project management lead to internal and external leaders and assigned teams
Develops project scope of work, defined measurements, metrics, and strategies for all projects undertaken, including key goals and objectives
Oversees project and process management, including project timelines, communication plans, meeting agendas, and production and distribution of deliverables
Collaborates with executive leadership to manage and track project status and success measures, maintaining electronic project records
Facilitates strong communication within the team, delegating tasks to appropriate members and ensuring successful completion of multiple projects
Develops an overall project view focused on critical priorities to advance projects and mitigate challenges
Maintains constant communication with stakeholders, understanding their initiatives and project needs
Leads team meetings to review current projects, strategize new projects, determine priorities, and establish deadlines
Conducts after-action-review meetings to evaluate project outcomes, KPIs, and continuous improvement efforts
Demonstrates high competency in project management, executing large projects in a fast-paced and complex environment under multiple and competing deadlines
Other duties as assigned. Collaborates with organizational leadership to manage strategic planning, implementation, and analysis for all projects and campaigns
Qualification
Required
3+ of work experience in health care or project management
Bachelor's
Preferred
3+ of work experience in health care (preferably at advent health)
Master's
Leadership experience
Project Management Professional (PMP)
