Responsibilities

Assist with the processing and clearing of trades across multiple asset classes to ensure timely and accurate settlements
Perform daily reconciliations of positions, cash balances, and clearing accounts to maintain data integrity
Support margin and collateral management activities by monitoring requirements and preparing related reports
Collaborate with internal teams and clearinghouses to resolve trade discrepancies and operational issues promptly
Maintain accurate documentation of clearing activities for audit and compliance purposes
Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and supporting automation efforts
Assist with ad hoc projects related to clearing operations and regulatory reporting
Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values
At all times complying with Marex’s Code of Conduct
To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility
To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/or your supervisor as required

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business analytics, economics, finance, mathematics, risk management, or software engineering is preferred but accounting, business administration, computer science, and information systems / technology are accepted
Genuine interest in one or more of the program's departmental tracks
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship, including, but not limited to, F-1, J-1, and M-1 visa holders, as well as individuals on CPT or OPT
