Staff Secretary
Placer County Office of Education is an educational leader providing services to support local school districts. The Staff Secretary will perform complex secretarial work and assist administrative staff by managing various administrative tasks and engaging with the public and county office staff.
Education Management
Responsibilities
Serve as secretary to assigned Office of Education administrative staff
Perform a variety of complex secretarial work
Relieve administrators and departmental staff of a variety of administrative detail work including dealing with the public and county office staff
Qualification
Required
Must provide proof of a valid California driver's license
Letter of Introduction
Letter(s) of Recommendation (Two Letters of Recommendation must be signed and dated)
Proof of HS Graduation (High School Diploma, equivalent or Higher)
Resume
Typing Certificate (Must possess a typing certificate for 55 net wpm issued within the last two years. - Online certificates are accepted)
