They are seeking a Closing Coordinator who will be responsible for communication between customers and colleagues during the entire contract process, ensuring smooth closings and a positive experience for homeowners.

Responsibilities
Process earnest money contracts and create job set-ups for To Be Built (TBB) homes
Schedule orientation meetings, meet-the-builder meetings, and closings
Review and understand contracts, disclosures, and homeowner guides
Partner with title companies, lenders, realtors, and customers via phone, email, and in person
Support colleagues across departments to ensure accurate and timely contract execution
Care for customer needs while following company procedures
Other duties as assigned; flexibility is key
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma with at least 2 - 3 years of experience in title, mortgage financing, contract administration, or loan agreements (preferably in home construction lending) or Bachelor's degree with 1 - 2 years of related experience
Strong knowledge of closing disclosures and title company procedures
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and adapt to extended hours if needed
Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
